Zay after his shots

Zay normally eats every 3 hours during the day, and he starts to get cranky and anxious about 15 minutes before each feeding. But this picture was taken over 3.5 hours after his last meal. This never happens. I know he seriously doesn't feel well when he sleeps through meal time!
